There are many reasons why people seek couples counselling. Some of the more common reasons are lack of intimacy, trust, communication, sex. You may be arguing a lot and feel you are not being heard and understood by the other person, leaving you feeling frustrated and disconnected.

Psy-coaching is an intensive coaching programme developed to target fast and effective change and personal growth. It helps to provide focus, clarify goals, identify strengths/weaknesses, improve relationships and grow confidence. Psy-coaching is essentially coaching with the crucial addition of understanding your individual psychology; how subconscious-drives and past experiences influence your unique perception of the world and how you have been conditioned in your life thus far to respond to people and situations. Wellness performance plan

There is an increasing body of research linking diet, health, sleep and other environmental issues to problems with mental health. This assessment service hopes to take all of that information in, as well as forming a psychological understanding of the client, and from there outline what changes could be made to increase specific goals and overall wellbeing.
