If you are seeking help to heal yourself and are truly motivated to grow and develop, and are striving to achieve a fulfilling, enriched and authentic life, it will be my honour to help you. I believe passionately that therapy is a powerful medium for healing, and I have seen its benefits reach far and wide. Many clients report feeling better after their first session. Therapy may be a single session, short term, or more intermediate or longer term depending on the depth of material presenting. But therapy is there to hand you back into your life, and because each person is unique, I focus on identifying and tailoring the approach best suited for each person, with the greatest care.

I offer you therapy as refuge, therapy as hope, therapy as a place of honesty and compassion, of safety, of warmth and laughter, loving care, of positive challenge, and a respectful human friendship where you can receive the help you need to move forward into the life you choose. I am UKCP registered and covered by private medical insurance companies. My trainings, eclectic and as a Transpersonal psychotherapist and beyond over the years have embraced a variety of modalities, amongst them, gestalt, TA, CBT, EFT and EMDR Trauma therapy. Additional skills include Hypnotherapy, Grief work, and DBT Skills. I work holistically, and Somatically with the mind-body connection. In addition to working as a Psychotherapist, I am also a trained Indian Massage Therapist and a Yoga Instructor/Yoga Therapist. And I am also trained in energy healing.
