About
Sabrina
It is easy to lose sight of who we are and the connections we have with people in the fast-paced world of today. The client-therapist relationship can play a fundamental role in connection but also in fostering positive growth. As a humanistic integrative therapist, I use a variety of approaches when collaborating with my clients and believe in my clients’ inner wisdom to guide them. I see my role as providing challenge, compassion and accountability along the way. I have worked in the mental health field with both individuals and families as a mental health practitioner. This includes time spent in the NHS working with those dealing with a range of life factors, including relationship difficulties, work-related stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, family problems, grief, and life transitions. I see the fundamental importance of the client-therapist relationship and I am convinced that this connection is vital to facilitating positive change. Modern-day living often leads us to lose connection with ourselves and others. I have a background in the mental health sector working with children, young people, adults, and families as a mental health practitioner, including work in the NHS. This has equipped me to work with a wide range of life factors including living with anxiety, depression, personality disorders, family breakdown, loss, life transitions, work-related stress, burnout and relationship difficulties.
