Nazanin is an experienced psychotherapist and registered counsellor who is currently completing her doctoral training in counselling psychology. She has experience working in the NHS mental health services and private services. Nazanin has worked with a range of presenting difficulties, including common mental health problems such as anxiety and depression. She also has experience working with relational difficulties, grief, loss, personality disorders, trauma, sexual abuse, schizophrenia and OCD. Nazanin values how individuals makes sense of their experiences and their lives. She works with a pluralistic approach to meet the client where they are psychologically. This means she is integrating person-centred therapy, psychodynamic theory and Cognitive-behavioural therapy techniques to maximise understanding, compassion and healing of her clients. Nazanin works with and has training in neurodiversity, including assessing and working with ASD and ADHD.
