About
Helena
I am an integrative psychotherapist working with adults and adolescents (13+) experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, addiction, neurodiversity, self-esteem and identity issues, and life transitions.
My approach is grounded primarily in relational psychodynamic psychotherapy, informed by attachment theory and affective neuroscience. I offer a warm, reflective and collaborative therapeutic space where we can explore emotional patterns, relationships, and underlying difficulties with curiosity and care.
Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally disconnected, or caught in patterns they struggle to understand or move beyond. Some seek support around a specific issue, while others choose longer-term therapy to explore deeper relational and emotional difficulties. I work collaboratively and in depth, adapting the therapeutic process to each person’s individual needs and difficulties, with an emphasis on developing greater self-understanding, emotional resilience, and lasting psychological change.
