I am a highly skilled senior Psychotherapist with over thirty years of experience dedicated to professional practice and service to others. Since each person is unique, I adapt the therapy to meet the needs of each individual, ensuring effective delivery to my clients, and placing their needs and priorities at the heart of every consultation. I take a layered approach; proactive and practical to help bring fast relief and assist the clients’ move forward, together with a deeper dynamic approach to enable understanding of root cause for empowerment, and to enable lasting change, aiming ultimately for a deep alignment with individual truth. My approach is always open, tailored, and empowering.

I believe passionately that therapy is a powerful medium for healing, and I have seen its benefits reach far and wide. Many clients report feeling better after their first session. But therapy is there to hand you back into your life, and because each person is unique, I focus on identifying and tailoring the approach best suited for each person, with the greatest care. I am UKCP registered and covered by private medical insurance companies. My trainings, eclectic and as a Transpersonal psychotherapist and beyond over the years have embraced a variety of modalities, amongst them, gestalt, TA, CBT, EFT and EMDR Trauma therapy. Additional skills include Hypnotherapy, Grief work, and DBT Skills. I work holistically, and Somatically with the mind-body connection. In addition to working as a Psychotherapist, I am also a trained Indian Massage Therapist and a Yoga Instructor/Yoga Therapist. And I am also trained in energy healing.
