I am an HCPC and BPS registered psychologist. I have experience of working with charities and the NHS where I worked with a range of presentations including health anxiety, chronic pain, sleep difficulties, stroke, weight management and eating disorders, trauma, stress, driving anxiety, PTSD and OCD. In my private practice I specialise in working with health anxieties, stress, sleep difficulties, relationship issues, depression, chronic pain and weight management.
As a health psychologist, I provide a unique method to improve one’s physical and psychological health. Therapy is goal-oriented and focused using various tools including Person-Centred Approach, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, among others. These approaches are integrated within an intervention plan, making sure to tailor to each client’s therapeutic needs.
