About
Tommy
I know firsthand what it’s like to live with ADHD, having been diagnosed at 40 after years of outward success but inner overwhelm. Coaching was a turning point — it helped me embrace my strengths, develop practical strategies, and rebuild confidence. That experience inspired me to train as an ADHD coach, completing the UK’s first accredited ADHD coaching programme. My career in mental health began in the mid-1990s as a mental health nursing student, and since then, I’ve gained clinical experience across the UK, USA, and Australia. Besides my ADHD coaching practice, I am also a Professor of Mental Health Nursing Education at King’s College London. I bring together clinical expertise, academic leadership, and lived insight, with specialist training in ADHD coaching and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
